Sumitomo Corporation has signed a share purchase agreement with Enefit Green, a subsidiary of the Estonian state-owned energy company Eesti Energia, to acquire a 50% stake in Liivi Offshore OÜ.
Liivi Offshore OÜ is developing an offshore wind power project in Estonia. This agreement confirms Sumitomo Corporation’s participation in the upcoming tender for the project.
