Tepco Renewable Power and Shoreline Wind have announced a collaboration aimed at optimising the design and management of offshore wind power operations and maintenance (O&M).
Tepco Renewable Power, a developer of renewable projects from Japan, wants to expand its offshore wind portfolio. By integrating Shoreline Wind’s O&M simulation software into the design phase of its offshore wind projects, Tepco Renewable Power is supported with a digital framework for insights into costs, availability, and resource utilisation during the operations and maintenance campaigns. A key task for Tepco Renewable Power is the estimation of maintenance costs and vessel specifications, including the costs and specifications of Crew Transfer Vessels (CTVs) during operations.
