Vestas has announce the following orders as part of its third quarter order intake. In Japan (APAC region), Tohoku Electric Power Co., Inc. (developer) and Toko Electrical Construction Co., Ltd. (EPC) have placed an order for the Shiroishi Kosugo project.
The project will have a total capacity of 34 MW, consisting of 8 V117-4.2 MW turbines. A 20-year service agreement has been signed as well. Delivery is expected in the first quarter of 2026, with commissioning scheduled for the third quarter of 2026.
In Costa Rica (Americas region), an undisclosed customer has placed an order for an undisclosed project. This project will have a total capacity of 34 MW, consisting of 8 V117-4.3 MW turbines. A 5-year service agreement has been signed as well. Delivery and commissioning are expected in 2025.
In Italy (EMEA region), Libeccio has placed an order for the Vento de Vino 2 project. The project will have a total capacity of 45 MW, consisting of 7 V162-6.2 MW turbines delivered in 6.4 MW power mode. An 18-year service agreement has been signed as well. Delivery is expected in the third quarter of 2025, with commissioning scheduled for the first quarter of 2026.
In Spain (EMEA region), Altano Energy has placed an order for the Dama de Baza project. The project will have a total capacity of 41 MW, consisting of 9 V163-4.5 MW turbines. A 15-year service agreement has been signed as well. Delivery is expected in the third quarter of 2025, with commissioning scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2025.
