Vestas has received a firm and unconditional order for 58 V90-1.8MW (140MW) wind turbines for Canada.
The project name and details about the customer cannot be disclosed. The scope of the contract contains the delivery and commissioning of the wind turbines, a VestasOnline Business SCADA system as well as a 10-year service and maintenance agreement. Delivery is scheduled for mid-2012 and commissioning is expected by the fall of 2012.
