Vestas has received a firm and unconditional order for 127 V100-2.0MW wind turbines for Brazil from CPFL Renováveis for the Campos dos Ventos and São Benedito projects located in Rio Grande do Norte in Brazil.
The contract includes supply, installation and commissioning of the turbines as well as a VestasOnline Business SCADA system and a ten-year service contract with an AOM 4000 solution. Delivery of the turbines is scheduled to start in the first half of 2013 with completion estimated for the first half of 2014.
