Vestas secures order to extend wind project in India

Vestas has secured a 101MW order from ReNew Power. The order is an extension of ReNew’s existing project in Kutch, Gujarat, where Vestas had previously supplied turbines totalling to 250MW.

 

The contract includes supply and supervision of 46 V120-2.2MW turbines as well as a 10-year service agreement. Deliveries are expected to begin in the last quarter of 2021, while commissioning is planned to take place between December 2021 and first quarter of 2022.
