Hexicon has completed the conversion outlined in the memorandum of understanding. The transaction is intended to support the long-term commercialisation and development of Hexicon’s patented technology.
Under the agreement, Wallstreet Aktiebolag has converted approximately SEK 28 million of outstanding loans into an equity stake in Freia Offshore. Following completion, Wallstreet Aktiebolag holds a 49% ownership interest in Freia Offshore, which owns the group’s intellectual property portfolio.
In addition to strengthening the strategic collaboration between the parties, the conversion reduces Hexicon’s debt and improves its financial position. The transaction has been carried out in line with the principles set out in the September 2025 announcement, with the relevant portion of the loan settled through equity in the intellectual property company.
