Inspirit Capital has completed the sale of CWind to All Energies Services Group (AES Group).
Established in 2010, CWind provides services to the offshore wind industry, including crew transfer vessels, asset management, and turnkey engineering solutions. Inspirit acquired CWind from Global Marine Group in October 2023.
