Nordex AG has sold 5,526,182 million new shares through a capital increase from its Authorised Capital.
From the capital increase Nordex AG will receive approximately € 70.4 million in net proceeds after deduction of transaction cost. As previously communicated, these proceeds will be used by the company to finance its further growth. In addition, the current core shareholders (Capital Management-Partners, Goldman Sachs, HypoVereinsbank, HSH Nordbank and Morgan Stanley) have sold 7.5 million shares.
