TenneT has appointed Frans Everts as its new Chief Executive Officer and Chair of the Executive Board of TenneT Holding and TenneT Netherlands. He will take up the role on 1 November 2026 for a four-year term.
Everts brings more than 37 years of experience in the international energy sector, having held a range of operational and commercial leadership positions at Shell. He currently leads Shell’s operations in the Netherlands and has extensive experience in energy transition-related activities. Current Chief Executive Officer Manon van Beek will remain in the position until Everts assumes the role in November.
