Venterra Group has appointed Michael De Rhune as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective 31 January 2025. He succeeds Ivan Ronald.
Michael De Rhune brings over 35 years of financial experience, including two decades in the energy sector. In his most recent role as Group CFO at Coretrax and in previous CFO positions, he led multiple merger and acquisition transactions from initiation to integration. As Venterra enters its next phase of development, the company plans to expand its presence in the offshore wind sector, focusing on both organic growth and acquisitions to strengthen its offerings.
