Venterra Group has announced its agreement to acquire Cape Holland, a vibro-piling company. The company’s in-house-developed Vibro Lifting Tools is a method to install and remove ever larger monopile foundations that support increasing turbine sizes in offshore wind farms.
Headquartered in Beilen, The Netherlands, Cape Holland was founded in 2002 by the father of the present Chief Executive Officer, Laurens de Neef. The company employs over 60 people, and its fleet of Vibro Lifting Tools is deployed worldwide on behalf of developers and contractors. The acquisition is expected to be completed in the next several weeks.
