Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners (CIP), on behalf of its fund Copenhagen Infrastructure V (CI V), has agreed to acquire full ownership of the Morecambe offshore wind project from Cobra Group and Flotation Energy, which is owned by Tepco Renewable Power.

Goldwind and TotalEnergies are collaborating on a wind farm project in Tierra del Fuego, Argentina, a region known for its strong winds and challenging weather conditions. This will be the southernmost wind farm in the world, excluding those in Antarctica.

Vattenfall is supporting the AIRTuB-ROMI initiative in the Netherlands to enhance offshore wind maintenance through in-blade monitoring and drone-crawler robots. The project, backed by the Dutch Ministry of Economic Affairs and an industry–academic collaboration, will assess three different sensor technologies embedded in turbine blades.
