PPC Renewables has placed three orders with Nordex, totalling 100 MW of nominal capacity, for wind energy projects in Greece. The orders include 19 N149/5.X turbines with hub heights of 100 metres. A 20-year service agreement for turbine maintenance is also part of the contract.

Next Geosolutions has secured a contract from TenneT to conduct unexploded ordnance (UXO) surveys in the North Sea. The scope of the project includes identifying and locating magnetic anomalies linked to UXO that may hinder the installation of new offshore infrastructure. The work will cover the Doordewind and Nederwiek offshore wind areas.

Nordex has received orders totalling 259 MW from four customers in Spain. The projects involve installing 42 turbines, comprising 27 N163/5.X, 13 N163/6.X, and 2 N149/5.X models. The contracts also include turbine servicing agreements with terms ranging from ten to 25 years, depending on the project.

UKA (Umweltgerechte Kraftanlagen) has ordered 80 wind turbines from the Nordex Group, adding over 540 MW of capacity across 15 wind projects in six states in Germany. UKA’s order includes 64 N175/6.X turbines, as well as thirteen N163/6.X and three N149/5.X turbines.
