TensionPro has introduced two new models to its Quantum smart tensioning system—Quantum Lite and Quantum Base—while also upgrading the existing model, now named Quantum Max.
Quantum Max features an integrated motorised tensioner with a new LED display and software that guides users through each step and provides real-time feedback. Tensioning can begin automatically via push-button control. Quantum Lite includes the same LED display and records pressure and nut rotation data but is manually installed on the bolt. Quantum Base uses a smart pump with a digital pendant for feedback and is compatible with any standard tensioner.
An optional Lift & Move Trolley is available for all three models. The Quantum system supports bolt sizes from M24 to M100 and is designed primarily for wind turbine generator use, including monopile-to-transition piece connections, tower bolts, blade bolts and gearbox assemblies. It is also suitable for other critical bolted joints in original equipment manufacturing, onshore and offshore construction, and maintenance work.
