Interocean Marine Services has been awarded a three-year contract to provide marine vetting and assurance for the Morgan, Mona, and Morven offshore wind projects. The projects are being developed through a joint venture between bp and Energie Württemberg AG (EnBW).
Morgan and Mona are located in the Irish Sea, 22–37 kilometres from the coast, covering a combined area of approximately 580 km². Morven is situated in the North Sea, around 60 kilometres from Aberdeen, spanning 860 km² with water depths ranging from 21 to 76 metres. The three wind farms have a total planned generating capacity of 5.9 GW.
