Energy Secretary Raphael P.M. Lotilla left and Eduardo Karlin Mainstreams General Manager for APACMainstream Renewable Power (Mainstream) has secured two Wind Energy Service Contracts (WESCs) with the Department of Energy in the Philippines for the development rights of two onshore wind farms, totaling 440 MW in capacity.
 
These contracts grant Mainstream exclusive development rights for the 100 MW Santa Ana Cagayan Wind Project in the Municipality of Santa Ana, Cagayan Province, and the 340 MW Panaon Wind Project on Panaon Island in Leyte Province. The projects, already underway with early-stage development activities, are located approximately 500 km from Manila, the capital city.
