Norges Bank Investment Management has entered into an agreement to commit €900 million to Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners' latest renewable energy fund, CI V.
This investment aligns with the mandate from the Ministry of Finance, which allows for investments in unlisted renewable energy infrastructure. The fund will focus on offshore and onshore wind, solar farms, grid and distribution, and storage, with investments evenly distributed across North America, Western Europe, and developed countries in the Asia Pacific region.
