Principle Power has signed a non-exclusive memorandum of understanding (MoU) with HSG Sungdong to collaborate on engineering developments for the mass production and assembly of WindFloat technologies.The goal of the partnership is to establish a supply system capable of delivering industrial-scale floating offshore wind projects. This will combine Principle Power's experience from implementing a 75MW floating offshore wind farm with HSG Sungdong's manufacturing facilities, including substructure fabrication, marshaling yard, and integration in South Korea.
