REpower Systems AG hasconcluded its second contract in Sweden. The contract provides for the delivery of three wind turbines to Akka Vind AB, a wholly owned subsidiary of Fred. Olsen Renewables AB.
The REpower MM92 turbines, each with a rated power of 2MW and a hub height of 68.5 meters, are destined for the wind farm project Kiaby near Kristianstad in the Skåne province. They are to be delivered and commissioned by fall 2011.
