REpower Systems AG has concluded a contract for the delivery of 25 wind turbines with EverPower Wind Holdings, Inc. with an option to purchase additional 85 units.
The REpower MM92 turbines, each with a rated power of 2.05MW and a hub height of 80 meters, are destined for one of EverPower’s development projects located across the US states of New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania and Washington. The 25 turbines will have a total power output of 51MW. They are to be delivered in summer 2011 and commissioned by the end of the same year. In addition to installation and commissioning the turbines, REpower and EverPower have entered into a long term service and maintenance agreement.
