The Marguerite Fund has announced that it has acquired a 49.99% stake in the Tychowo (50MW) and Kukinia (54MW) wind farms in Poland, from Austria-based developer, RP Global Group, which will remain a 50.01% shareholder and will operate the farms.
The investment comprises two onshore wind farms located in the North-West of Poland. Tychowo is a 50MW operational wind farm, comprising Nordex N90/2500 2.5MW turbines. The Kukinia wind farm is currently starting construction and located in the municipalities of Ustronie Morskie and Dygowo and will include 23 Enercon E-82 2.3MW turbines. Financing was raised from the EBRD and PKO Bank Polski.
