Buchan Offshore Wind, a 1GW floating offshore wind project located 75 kilometres northeast of Fraserburgh, Scotland, has announced that Clare Lavelle, currently Director and Energy Leader at Arup, will assume the role of Project Director upon the departure of Alasdair MacLeod in August.Clare brings experience in developing significant projects, including various offshore and onshore energy and wind projects. At Arup, she has collaborated with government and regulators on policy and regulatory frameworks, and with the private sector on project execution.
