Hendrik Veder Group (HVG) and Dutch Steel Fabricators (DSF) have merged, creating a new company serving the offshore, maritime, and commercial construction sectors. The combined organisation offers lifting and rigging solutions alongside a broad range of steel construction services.
HVG, headquartered in Rotterdam, supplies steel wire and synthetic rope products and services worldwide, with teams providing installation, load testing, inspections, and certifications. DSF, a group of specialised steel construction companies, delivers turnkey solutions with in-house design, engineering, and certification capabilities.
The merger creates a single source for lifting and rigging solutions. Two DSF companies—Gouda Constructie and Breda Constructie—will collaborate with HVG, while other DSF companies will continue operating independently.
