Koehler Renewable Energy and CMB Energy have established a new joint venture, KB Renewables. The company will focus on the development and operation of wind energy projects, with potential future expansion into solar power and battery energy storage.
Koehler Renewable Energy holds an 80% stake in the joint venture, while CMB Energy holds the remaining 20%. KB Renewables aims to develop a wind power portfolio with an installed capacity of 1 GW by 2030. To reach this target, the company plans to build new projects and acquire existing or planned wind farms.
