Delmar Systems has been selected by Archer Wind to deliver the mooring scope for the Culzean Floating Wind Pilot Project. This initiative by TotalEnergies will feature a 3 MW floating wind turbine located 2 km west of the Culzean production complex in the UK central North Sea, with full operation expected by the end of 2025.
Delmar Systems will provide the complete mooring systems for the floating wind turbine, securing the modular, semi-submersible floater hull designed by Ocergy to the seabed. The Culzean Floating Wind Pilot Project is part of Crown Estate Scotland’s Innovation and Targeted Oil & Gas (INTOG) leasing round.
