ERM has acted as a technical and environmental, social, and governance advisor to Global Infrastructure Partners (GIP) in its acquisition of Eversource’s 50% stake in two US offshore wind projects: South Fork Wind and Revolution Wind.
ERM’s technical due diligence services included a detailed assessment of project construction contracts, geotechnical and geophysical studies, foundation design, wind turbine technology, construction schedule and operations and maintenance strategy. ERM also provided detailed analysis of the projects’ CapEx and OpEx profiles.
