Nordex has received orders from wind and solar developer UKA for 64 turbines with a combined capacity of 435.2 MW. The contract includes 52 N175/6.X and 12 N163/6.X turbines, and forms part of an existing framework agreement between the two companies.
The orders include turbine maintenance for a 20-year period. All N175/6.X units will be installed on hybrid towers with a hub height of 179 metres. The turbines will be deployed at 15 sites across Brandenburg, Thuringia, North Rhine-Westphalia, Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania, Saxony, Saxony-Anhalt, and Lower Saxony. Construction and commissioning will take place in 2026 and 2027, depending on project schedules.
