Vestas has confirmed two wind turbine orders in Italy as part of its order intake for the second quarter of 2025. The first order, placed by an undisclosed customer, covers a total capacity of 32 MW and includes five V162-6.4 MW turbines. The project is supported by a 25-year service agreement. Turbine delivery is planned for the final quarter of 2025, with commissioning expected in the third quarter of 2026.
The second project, developed in partnership with Dolomiti Energia Group and IVPC Group, has a total capacity of 95 MW. It includes five V162-6.4 MW turbines and fourteen V136-4.5 MW turbines. A service agreement has been signed for ongoing maintenance. Turbines are scheduled for delivery in the second quarter of 2026, with commissioning expected in the final quarter of the same year.
