Vestas has announced a total of 117 MW of new wind turbine orders in Germany. The largest order is for the Vogelsberg project, where Boreas Energy has ordered 50 MW, comprising seven V172-7.2 MW turbines.

 

The project includes a 20-year service agreement, with delivery planned to begin in the second quarter of 2027 and commissioning scheduled from the fourth quarter of 2027.

For the Nienwohlde project, BVNON Dienstleistungs- und Projektentwicklungs has ordered 31 MW, consisting of five V162-6.2 MW turbines. The contract includes a 25-year service agreement. Delivery is expected to start in the second quarter of 2027, with commissioning planned from the fourth quarter of 2027.

A third order has been placed by ENP Neue Energien for the Münk Arbach project, covering 36 MW with six V150-6 MW turbines. This project includes a 20-year service agreement. Delivery is scheduled to begin in the third quarter of 2027, with commissioning expected from the second quarter of 2028.
