Vestas has received four new orders in Europe as part of its fourth-quarter order intake, adding a combined 200 MW of wind capacity. In Germany, Enertrag awarded a 72 MW order for the Schenkenberg IV and V projects, comprising 10 V172-7.2 MW turbines with a 25-year service agreement. Delivery is planned to start in the third quarter of 2026, with commissioning expected in the first quarter of 2027.
Windpark Niederlungwitz Struktur ordered 50 MW for the Niederlungwitz project, using eight V162-6.2 MW turbines under a 20-year service agreement. Delivery is scheduled from Q3 2026, with commissioning in Q2 2027.
Energiekontor and Loscon awarded a 48 MW contract for the Wulkow-Booßen project, consisting of eight V150-6.0 MW turbines with a 25-year service agreement, with delivery starting in Q1 2027 and commissioning in Q2 2027.
In Italy, PLT placed an order for 30 MW at the Castronovo di Sicilia project, featuring five V162-6.0 MW turbines with a 20-year service agreement. Delivery and commissioning are scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2026.
