Iver Group has acquired Business in Wind. Business in Wind brings experience with turbines from manufacturers including Vestas and Enercon, as well as international project experience in markets such as the United Kingdom, Belgium, the Nordic countries and Ukraine.
The company also specialises in refurbishment and overhaul activities, including the dismantling, refurbishment and reinstallation of used wind turbines and components.
Through the acquisition, Iver Group combines Business in Wind’s project expertise with its own service organisation and experience in maintenance, assembly, disassembly, major component replacement and turbine lifecycle management.
Business in Wind will continue to operate as an independent brand within Iver Group. Both organisations will assess how the collaboration can create value over the coming period, while maintaining continuity for customers, partners and employees. Existing activities will continue and current contact persons will remain responsible for ongoing projects.
