The strategic partnership aims to provide comprehensive heavy lifting and transport solutions for South Korea's offshore wind sector. This collaboration will establish Offshore Service Port (OSP) facilities to support projects across various sectors in South Korea, with a primary focus on upcoming offshore wind initiatives.

The partnership will integrate full-spectrum terminal management, including handling, staging, marshaling, and stevedoring services, alongside heavy lifting and installation capabilities. The OSPs, located in the ports of Busan and Masan, will serve projects in South Korea and the broader Asia-Pacific region. Since its founding in 1965, Samyang Marine Group has offered a wide range of port logistics services, including storage, assembly, re-export, port handling, and automobile transshipment. The company operates four piers in the Gyeongnam region: Gapo New Port, Jinhae Jangcheon Port, Samcheonpo New Port, and Busan New Port Multi-purpose Terminal.
