Next Geosolutions has reported its financial results for 2025, showing continued growth supported by offshore wind, interconnector and subsea activities. Offshore wind accounted for 19.3% of revenues, with activity focused on site investigation, geotechnical and geophysical surveys, and installation support. The group contributed to projects including Courseulles-sur-Mer in France and the Doordewind 1–2 developments in Northern Europe, part of TenneT’s 2 GW offshore grid programme.

Interconnector projects remained the largest segment at 40.5% of revenues, including work on NeuConnect and Eastern Green Link 1 in the United Kingdom. Oil and gas activities represented 27.5%, while environmental and scientific studies accounted for 9.9%.

Operations were concentrated in Northern Europe and the Mediterranean, with additional activity emerging in North and West Africa.

Value of production reached €267.3 million, an increase of 31.5% compared with 2024. The results include the contribution of Rana Subsea, strengthening the group’s subsea capabilities and supporting expansion in offshore wind and marine survey work.

EBITDA increased to €69.8 million, up 29.4% year on year, while EBIT rose to €58.4 million. Net profit reached €49.9 million. Investment in fleet and equipment totalled €68.4 million during the year, supporting offshore survey and subsea operations. Fixed assets increased significantly following fleet expansion and the acquisition of Rana Subsea.

The company expanded its fleet with the acquisition of the vessel Deep Helder, renamed NG Surveyor, to support offshore survey activities. Additional contract awards included offshore survey work for TenneT, framework agreements with TotalEnergies and 50Hertz, and multiple cable-related projects with Prysmian.

Backlog increased to approximately €483 million, reflecting continued demand for offshore wind surveys, subsea services and interconnector development.

In early 2026, the company secured further subsea work through Rana Subsea and expanded its fleet with the acquisition of a subsea construction vessel, renamed NG Supporter, supporting offshore installation and diving operations.
