Ventus Energy has appointed Lucy Pilcher as its new resource manager. She joined brings ten years of experience in personnel management and recruitment, including three years in the wind industry. In her previous role, she managed large-scale projects and oversaw the recruitment and onboarding of more than 100 technicians across electrical, high-voltage and offshore departments.
In her new position, Pilcher will lead the planning, allocation and development of Ventus Energy’s technical workforce across projects. Her responsibilities include recruitment management, training and competency development, and coordination with project and operations teams in the UK, Ireland, Europe, Taiwan and the USA. Ventus Energy provides a range of high-voltage services, including operations and maintenance, electrical safety management, high and extra-high voltage jointing, and onshore and subsea cable repair.
