Wind turbines for the Baltic Power offshore wind farm, to be built in Poland, will be shipped from Rønne Harbour at the end of 2024.
The wind farm will have a capacity of about 1.2 GW and will be built approximately 150 km east of Bornholm in the Baltic Sea. Baltic Power is a joint venture between the Polish firm Orlen and the Canadian firm Northland Power. The project will consist of 76 15 MW Vestas turbines to be installed in 2025.
