Buss Energy Group has signed a full-scope agreement with Nordex Group to provide major component exchange services using the Liftra LT1200 self-hoisting crane. Under the agreement, Buss Energy will handle the entire process, including crane provision, planning, logistics, and technical execution.
The collaboration enables Nordex to benefit from Buss Energy’s field experience and from the LT1200 crane’s ability to climb turbines without the need for large mobile cranes or access roads. In June, Buss Energy carried out the first major component exchange worldwide at a hub height of 164 metres using the LT1200.
