ERG Group has signed a long-term power purchase agreement (PPA) with Amazon. The pay-as-produced agreement covers both energy and Renewable Energy Guarantees of Origin (REGOs) from the Corlacky wind farm in Northern Ireland.
Construction of the wind farm is expected to be completed by the fourth quarter of 2025, with commercial operations to follow. The project will feature 11 Vestas V117 turbines, each with a capacity of 4.3 MW, resulting in a total installed capacity of 47.3 MW. Once fully operational, the wind farm is expected to generate approximately 176 GWh of electricity annually.
