In Australia, European Energy has formed a partnership with the First Nations Bailai Gurang Gooreng Gooreng Taribelang Bunda People Development Corporation to explore renewable energy prospects within the traditional territories of the Bailai, Gurang, Gooreng Gooreng, and Taribelang Bunda peoples.
 
European Energy and the First Nations Bailai Gurang Gooreng Gooreng Taribelang Bunda People Development Corporation (PBC) have entered into an exclusivity agreement to evaluate several identified opportunities for developing wind and solar generation sites in the traditional territories of the PBC. The agreement also involves Fortescue, a global green energy, metals, and technology company operating in Gladstone, as a potential off-taker. These areas are situated near Gladstone in Queensland, Australia.
