Gurit has secured a two-year supply contract with a global wind turbine manufacturer.
Under the agreement, Gurit will supply a range of epoxy resins and adhesives used in the manufacture of wind turbine blades. The contract continues the company's existing supply relationship with the customer and broadens the range of formulated products supplied for blade applications.
The agreement, valued at approximately CHF 12 million, covers epoxy solutions for wind turbine blade manufacturing, including both established epoxy systems and custom formulations developed at Gurit's Isle of Wight facility in the United Kingdom.
