Fugro has entered into a memorandum of understanding with Commercial Dive Academy (CDA) and AMC Search (AMCS) to collaborate on bringing Fugro’s Remote Operated Vehicle (ROV) Induction Course to Australia.This 4-week ROV Induction course will be conducted by CDA at their facility in Beauty Point, Tasmania. The course is designed for individuals who meet the relevant IMCA prerequisites and aim to enter the industry, broaden their opportunities, or transition their career into ROV piloting. It will cover various applications such as supporting offshore renewable energy projects, scientific or environmental research, energy inspection, repair, maintenance, or construction activities, underwater search and recovery operations, and wreck investigation.
