Ocean Winds takes full ownership of SouthCoast Wind project

Ocean Winds (OW), formed as a 50-50 joint venture between EDP Renewables and Engie, has attained complete ownership of the SouthCoast Wind project located off the coast of Massachusetts in the USA.

 

Previously, SouthCoast Wind operated as a 50/50 joint venture between Ocean Winds and Shell New Energies. Ocean Winds is maintaining its partnership approach in the US and aims to introduce a new 50% partner before the final investment decision for the SouthCoast Wind project.
