RP Global and Marguerite have announced the sale of two wind farms totalling 103MW to Engie Zielona Energia. Both wind farms are located in Northern Poland in Tychowo and Kukinia.
The Tychowo wind farm consists of 20 Nordex N90 turbines and was built in 2009. The Kukinia wind farm has 23 Enercon E-82 turbines and was built in 2013. This sale is part of RP Global’s evolving strategy to finance new projects to build an increasingly diversified renewable energy asset portfolio across Poland and beyond. Looking ahead, Poland remains one of RP Global’s core markets, with a pipeline of >2.700 MW of wind and PV projects in different stages of development.
