In 2024, Alterric advanced its project development and construction of onshore wind farms in Germany. The company received approvals for a total capacity of 615 MW and installed 53 wind turbines with a combined capacity of 240 MW across the country.
According to the study *Status of Onshore Wind Energy Expansion in 2024* by the Wind and Solar Agency, Germany added 3,251 MW of new wind capacity during the year. Alterric’s 240 MW accounted for 7.4 per cent of this increase.
