Vestas has secured a 124 MW order from EDF power solutions North America (EDFps) for the Haute-Chaudière wind project in Québec. The contract includes the supply of 20 V162-6.2 MW turbines and a 10-year service agreement.
Vestas and EDFps are partnering with Québec-based Marmen to supply the turbine towers. Turbine delivery is expected to begin in the second quarter of 2026, with commissioning planned for the fourth quarter of the same year.
