Windward Offshore, a joint venture consortium led by SeaRenergy Group in collaboration with Blue Star Group, Diana Shipping Inc., and SeraVerse GmbH, has ordered two Commissioning Service Operation Vessels (CSOV) from Vard. The endeavor seeks to establish a collection of offshore wind service ships, commencing with the CSOVs, to service the global offshore wind energy market.
