Jan De Nul reported a 6% increase in turnover for 2025. The maritime sector accounted for 74% of turnover and included offshore wind farm construction, subsea cable installation, maintenance of access channels and port infrastructure expansion.
Turnover in 2025 reached €4.24 billion with construction, remediation and redevelopment projects represented 26% of the turnover. During 2025, Jan De Nul completed infrastructure works for the F-35A fighter jets at Florennes Air Base ahead of the aircraft arrival in Belgium in October 2025. Other major projects included the Oosterweel link, a new traffic junction near Brussels Airport, the energy island in the Belgian North Sea and the development of the MALT district in Mechelen.
The company carried out 298 projects across 31 countries. More than half of turnover was generated in Europe, mainly due to offshore wind energy projects. A new port development project in Senegal contributed to growth in Africa, while the Middle East, North and South America, and Asia also remained important markets.
EBITDA increased from €777 million in 2024 to €812 million in 2025, while net profit rose 12% to €458 million.
