Sunly, Deep Wind Offshore, and Valorem Group have signed a partnership agreement to develop an offshore wind project in Estonia. The agreement includes the exclusive development of a 250 km² area off Saaremaa Island, with the potential for over 1 GW of bottom-fixed offshore wind capacity.
Sunly, a renewable energy producer focused on the Baltics and Poland, also invests in startups in the electrification sector and sells 100% renewable electricity in Estonia. Deep Wind Offshore, an international developer based in Norway, has a portfolio of more than 10 GW, with 4 GW under exclusive development. Valorem Group, a French company with nearly 30 years of experience, manages the full value chain of offshore wind projects and holds a 7.6 GW project pipeline.
