Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners (CIP), through its flagship fund CI V, has entered a strategic partnership with Stiesdal Offshore. As part of this partnership, CI V acquires a minority stake in Stiesdal Offshore. The financial details of the transaction have not been disclosed.
