RWE has commissioned the San Severo wind farm in Italy after a year of construction. The 54MW San Severo wind farm consists of 12 turbines, each with a capacity of 4.5 MW. Located in the province of Foggia in the municipality of San Severo, the wind farm will supply up to 55,000 Italian households with green electricity.

Vestas has received a 315 MW order for the Oga Katagami Akita Offshore Wind Project in Akita Prefecture, Japan. The project is being developed by Oga Katagami Akita Offshore Green Energy, a consortium comprising Jera, Electric Power Development (J-Power), Tohoku Electric Power (Tohoku Epco), and Itochu Corp.

Iberdrola has placed a 99 MW order for the repowering of the Molar de Molinar and Isabela wind parks in Castilla-La Mancha, Spain. The contracts include the supply and installation of 11 V150-4.5 MW wind turbines and 11 V136-4.5 MW wind turbines, along with a 10-year service agreement.

Ocean Winds (OW), in partnership with Banque des Territoires, has been awarded the Eoliennes Flottantes d’Occitanie project by the French Ministry in charge of Industry and Energy. This project covers one of the two mutually exclusive development zones defined in the AO6 tender, located in the Gulf of Lion in the Mediterranean Sea.
